If a sentence needs a dictionary, it gets rewritten until it doesn't.

Formulas and figures are cross-checked against the source before publishing, not estimated from memory.
Recheck on a schedule
Tax, insurance, and legal pages get revisited when rules change, with the review date updated publicly.
